Refund and Returns Policy
If an item arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent or shipping will be covered for a repair to be made. You must contact me within the first 7 days of receiving with photographic evidence. The handmade items are delicate so if there is a repair or simple fix needed after the first 7 days, you may be required to pay for repair and shipping costs.
Please contact me A.S.A.P if an item arrives defective or damaged so I can work to find a resolution for you. During this time you will be asked to provide us with more information such as photographic evidence, etc. This gives me a better sense of what happened & allows me to prevent a mistake from occurring again in the future. If you are not willing to provide us with any information needed you are not eligible for a refund. Such measures protect my small business from unsavory buyers/transactions.
If you’re unhappy with your order, you may ship the item back for applied credit to another item(s) in the shop.*
